Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Auric North. If for any reason you are not happy, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period – Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Condition of Items – Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

  3. Return Process – Please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp before sending back your order. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  4. Refund Method – Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  5. Shipping Costs – Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
